01/06/2026: I had a wonderful experience at Fuwasaki Sushi in Fontenay-sous-Bois and would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys fresh and tasty Japanese food. From the moment we arrived, the restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional. The sushi was the highlight of the meal, beautifully presented and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The fish was incredibly fresh, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and every bite was full of flavour. We also enjoyed several other dishes from the menu, all of which were carefully prepared and tasted excellent. The portions were generous, offering great value for money considering the quality of the food. It’s easy to see why this restaurant has such a good reputation. Whether you’re dining with friends, family, or simply craving excellent sushi, Fuwasaki Sushi is a fantastic choice.
