07/04/2026: A wonderful discovery during Easter Monday lunch (April 6, 2026; table 8).
The setting is spacious, but it was the food that we particularly enjoyed.
The dishes are generous and delicious! The beef fillet (or steak?) with pepper sauce was excellent, very tender, and cooked to a perfect medium-rare. The dish of the day (tuna with scallops in asparagus sauce) was also very good (although the requested medium-rare was slightly overcooked). The chicken supreme with mushroom sauce was perfect. The profiteroles were good, and above all, the "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) was quite incredible, with a lovely array of little treats. A truly HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE!

15/09/2024: We came across the brasserie quite by chance this Sunday noon at 12:30 p.m. while we were looking for a restaurant.
The service is dynamic and the XXL steak with pepper sauce accompanied by fries was very good (and tender). I keep the address when I go through Hauteville again. A satisfied biker can continue his journey.
