24/01/2026: A loyal customer for years, I gradually drifted away from the Blachère bakery because I was no longer entirely satisfied with the bread (especially the Nordic bread, which I eat a lot). I wanted to try it again today, but it will probably be the last time. Where have the seeds gone in the Nordic bread? And besides, the bread has no taste at all! It's a joke to call this bread Nordic bread; frankly, it's Nordic in name only.

24/01/2026: Hello, I left this bakery around 1:30 PM. A saleswoman handed me my change, which I had carefully placed on the glass counter. When it came time to pay, I asked her if I should put the money on the small black tray that seemed to be designed for that purpose. She took the money from my hand, and the change fell into the display case onto some bread. She told me she would ask her colleague to collect it this evening and gave me more coins. I noticed that some change was missing and said, "Madam, please, some change is missing." She angrily told me I hadn't said "please." I told her that was a polite word. I didn't understand why she wanted to cause trouble. If that's how it is, I won't be going back. Buying baguettes shouldn't turn into an argument with other customers.
