04/06/2026: The food was good, flavorful, and homemade. No complaints about the quality of the cuisine. However, the experience was severely marred by the service. I felt it was impossible for customers to request any adjustments (vegetarian option, change of menu item, etc.), as this seemed to be considered a problem or an additional cost. Paradoxically, when the restaurant doesn't have the side dish listed on the menu (in my case, the dauphinoise potatoes), they readily replace it with potatoes. So, the restaurant can change the dish, but the customer can't request anything. Another very unpleasant point: the waitress brought up money several times. First, to explain that changing a dish was expensive, and then again when she saw me take a napkin because I didn't have a tissue. She then told me that next time, it would be better to take toilet paper from the restroom because it would cost them less. This kind of remark is frankly inappropriate and has no place in customer service. Finally, starters at €14 and main courses at €23-25 ​​for perfectly normal portions seem quite expensive for Pontoise. It's a shame, because the food is good, but the attitude and repeated comments about money left a very negative impression and spoiled our meal.

18/07/2026: Missing items in our order: No spoon or peanuts for the ice cream, no toy in the Happy Meal ("we're out of them," we asked for a small refund for the toy and understood that it was a major inconvenience...), and they gave us a drinkable yogurt instead of the apples without telling us, and again, "we're out of apples"... Never go there on Friday nights, THERE'S NOTHING!! We'll go somewhere else, we're done with this McDonald's...

17/07/2026: We came as a family for dinner. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were cold when we arrived, but the staff replaced them quickly and professionally. The manager came to see us at the end of our meal to apologize and offer us dessert. Even though I wasn't really hungry anymore, I greatly appreciated this gesture and the attention paid to our satisfaction. Thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome and prompt service!

26/08/2026: Absolutely disgusting!!! The meat was awful, the order was incorrect, and none of the changes were honored on any of the four sandwiches. The fries had a burnt oil aftertaste!! And when we called them to complain, the staff were insane. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! It's a shame we can't give zero stars.
