30/07/2026: I saw a mouse yesterday around 6:30 pm while I was queuing, walking on a work surface under a machine in the back of the shop – not very reassuring regarding the hygiene of the products. So I turned around and left.

24/07/2026: It is with regret that I post this review, but with the aim of prompting a response from management. I have been a regular customer of this Paul bakery for 14 years. I always came regularly and with pleasure, and the service was always exemplary. Until about a year ago, when it seems that 80% of the staff changed. The service in the tea room is now deplorable, provided by some team members who serve without any kindness, sometimes without listening, and without even (in some cases) wearing the brand's "hat," leaving their hair loose and unkempt, which gives a very unhygienic impression of the place. In my opinion, all these changes stem from questionable management. Indeed, on several occasions, the person who appears to manage the establishment conducts one-on-one meetings and reprimands with members of their team at the counter, in full view of everyone, thus sharing internal problems and tensions with the customers, problems that are none of their business.

04/07/2026: Excellent restaurant! The food is fresh, the dishes delicious, and the portions generous. The young woman serving was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend it!

25/07/2026: I want to express my immense disappointment. Just a few years ago, all it took was a phone call and paying the delivery driver in cash upon delivery. Now, you refuse phone orders and require customers to use your app and pay by credit card. Not everyone wants to or can pay online. Paying in cash is a perfectly legal method, and your customers should have the choice. Not to mention that your app is constantly glitching, making the experience even more frustrating. By forcing everything online, you're losing loyal customers. As far as I'm concerned, that's it: I won't order from you again, and I won't recommend your company. It's a shame to see a service that worked so well become so restrictive.

24/05/2026: A disaster! This is the first time this has happened to us at a Japanese restaurant. Nothing seems very fresh! If we get sick, we'll know why… The spring rolls are tasteless, and the salmon and avocado summer rolls have a gelatinous coating all around and inside. We took some pictures; I'll let you judge for yourselves. Avoid at all costs!
