30/05/2024: An unmissable gastronomic setting in the hills of Uchaux. The setting is charming, the cuisine refined and the service attentive and impeccable. I go back with pleasure every year!
19/05/2024: A slightly too complicated cuisine which produces very beautiful dishes which disappoint a little taste-wise, which could be forgotten if their prices were more modest.
