24/03/2024: Creative and delicious cuisine. Breaking down the meal into 3, 4 or 5 courses of small portions is a great idea. Having no indication as to what we are going to taste is a bit frustrating. But as the surprise was good, nothing to say. Unfortunately, our lunch was somewhat spoiled by the coldness of the place (in the room, so the decor is rather nice) and by the very rigid side of the sole owner of the place. He's friendly but we feel that we shouldn't "dislike" too much or have put our bag in the wrong place... little sour reflections that don't seem like anything but are there nonetheless. To summarize, a little charm, roundness. relaxation, a little extra soul and everything would be done! “Will I go back”? Maybe on sunny days... to see if the atmosphere on the terrace changes things a little. But not sure Would I recommend it? Not as it is (and with regret…once again because we ate very well). But no doubt if after returning there myself, I will have found that little something that is so lacking.

01/11/2023: A unique and extraordinary gastronomic experience. Chef Pablo works alone and assumes all functions, in the dining room and in the kitchen. A surprise menu composed according to the market and its local producers. A unique culinary experience, original and incredible in terms of flavors. Reservation required with a limited number of places (10 to 12 seats) I highly recommend taking a detour to discover this inventive and very talented chef.
