The welcome was quick, my hot dish
Neat setting
But... Yes there is a but.
-The herbs are already cut and poured, not providing aromatic richness or freshness.
-Slightly oily broth
-No pho sauce
-little meat, lots of pasta
So I'll come back to troubleshoot.
20/03/2024: Good reception but the pho is really not good for the price of 16 euros. It's not the meat of the pho and there was so much pepper on top that it became inedible, before I lost my tongue, taste-wise the soup lacked a lot of flavor
