16/11/2025: As a regular at L'Ancien Phonographe, I miss this place. There wasn't enough room to dance, and yet not everyone was dancing. The food and drinks (too watered down) were still just average, just like before. I was disappointed by the music, which was almost entirely 80s hits all evening. The place is more convenient than it used to be, certainly, but that's about it.
16/11/2025: First time here tonight, perfect atmosphere, the meal was served exactly when it needed to be (despite my initial impression of the evening).
The music was almost perfect, a very good evening for this type of event. I mustn't forget to thank the staff (the servers) who were attentive, responsive, and really went the extra mile to get the atmosphere going.

29/11/2025: It is regrettable that our experience did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we were approached twice within three minutes to take our order, which did not give us enough time to make our choices.
Furthermore, we encountered an unacceptable situation regarding the children's menu. We were refused permission to replace the ketchup with mayonnaise for our son's hamburger, despite his allergy. This inflexibility is incomprehensible and made the meal difficult.
Finally, the manager's attitude, perceived as condescending and closed to any discussion, greatly contributed to our dissatisfaction. We believe that such behavior is not conducive to a positive customer experience.
We believe that significant improvements are necessary to guarantee a satisfactory customer experience.
11/11/2025: Not pleasant at all. I definitely do not recommend it.
