03/10/2026: An absolutely catastrophic experience. We waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for our order, and we had to call the restaurant ourselves to complain because it still hadn't been shipped. Despite this, the wait only continued to get longer. Upon arrival, all five dishes were incorrect; the wheat was missing, and we only received two loaves of bread when one was supposed to be included with each dish. And as if that weren't enough, the order arrived cold, and the food was truly awful. After a 2-hour and 20-minute wait, this is simply unacceptable. The delivery driver also told us that upon arriving at the restaurant, the owner made it very vulgar to him that he didn't care about Deliveroo orders and only served customers who were actually there. Unfortunately, this explains a lot. A 2-hour and 20-minute wait, an incomplete order, five incorrect dishes, cold food, and very disappointing quality: it's hard to imagine anything worse. We absolutely do not recommend this establishment and we will never order from them again.
