This is more of an authentic Saigon hole-in-the-wall: minimal decor, rough service, the richness lies in the food, which tastes far more authentic than those warehouse-style Asian restaurants. In the end, considering the savings on the plane ticket to Vietnam, it's a very good deal. And they have real Chinese wine... and more than decent at that.
