22/03/2026: Very disappointed. We ate in a tiny corner near the stairs, but that's not all. The waitress spilled coffee on my trousers without a word of apology, apart from offering me a free coffee. I don't find that very customer-friendly.

18/03/2026: Our first time here yesterday, a friendly welcome, and we ate some fantastic pizzas 🍕. We'll be back to try other dishes on your menu. See you soon!

12/03/2026: The staff has changed; we were regulars before, and the waitress' friendliness is limited. We miss the atmosphere that used to exist, and despite our loyalty since the restaurant opened, we're thinking of going elsewhere.

11/03/2026: Where to begin… So disastrous… They try to make you believe in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, but they don't hesitate to screw you over whenever they can. I had to pay €25 more on my order at the whim of the head waitress, complain, and get a refund, only to have the till closed, all while being told it wasn't her fault and that I should complain to management if I disagree. That's where we are. It's clearly a chain restaurant, without any scruples or integrity, and then they wonder why there aren't many customers. I hope your so-called restaurant disappears from our sight. I'll just say these two words: Good riddance!

15/03/2026: 3 hours for a meal for 7 people. We understand there was a problem with a cook; the fire department came. But no explanation or gesture of goodwill. Very disappointed for a bill of €320. Sincerely.

15/03/2026: As far as I'm concerned, this is the worst restaurant I know in Epinal. We ordered three set menus, but only two arrived. Two people were able to eat, but the third person didn't have their seafood platter. An hour and 45 minutes later, we left, even though one of us was still hungry. Plus, the waitress wasn't friendly. Avoid this place.
