NOTE: the address might lead you to Moutiers-en-Puisaye, but Le Carrouge is actually located in Treigny ;)

Simple but effective cuisine featuring fresh produce and true culinary expertise.
Everything is excellent, but I really love the tender and flavorful pork ribs.
Very good value for money, and the owners are passionate about authentic cuisine.
