01/03/2024: NEVER order through the app! A SHAME!!! My delivery man took 1 hour to come to my residence instead of 15 minutes! I saw that he was blocked and I tried to contact him through the application but it was impossible, an error message was displayed! So I contacted customer service who closed the discussion after telling me to wait! I then see that the delivery man left my order outside in the rain! I come down to my surprise NOTHING! I contacted customer service again who told me that the delivery man tried to contact me, that he waited for the allotted time and therefore NO REFUND! A shame to pay €6 in fees for this type of NON delivery and this kind of LACK of customer service! A SHAME! Their application does not work I do not get it delivered and no refund and obviously there is no email address to make a complaint you still have to pay a letter to recommend with AR have walked on the head!
