17/08/2026: It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant - the staff are very welcoming and the food is simply excellent!
09/08/2026: This is a restaurant we've been frequenting for several years. Previously greeted by a lady with a southwestern accent, in recent years we've been served by two gentlemen.
We've always been delighted to come here, especially in the summer to enjoy the pleasant terrace.
The dishes are good, quite generous, and refined. It's a shame that the typical regional bread has been replaced by baguettes.
However, on our last visit, aside from the lack of a smile from one of the waiters, we had the unpleasant surprise of discovering, when it came time to pay, that the discount advertised by The Fork, which we had benefited from on every visit until then, was no longer valid. The owner explained that it had expired a year and a half ago, which is untrue, since we've been back since then and benefited from it. He also told us that the aim was to attract new customers, but that he'd noticed it was the regular customers who were benefiting. The implication being, it's not a problem if our regular customers pay full price.
I can understand that discounts might no longer be available, but in that case, the rules need to be clear, and the opposite shouldn't be announced upfront; otherwise, it's dishonest.
As a result, we paid over €100 for two people, not benefiting from the nearly €15 discount on the set menus.
We used to enjoy going to this establishment, but this kind of practice is unacceptable, and we won't be returning.
