I based my decision on the reviews.
I wouldn't recommend it.
Very expensive.
08/03/2026: Passing through the area, we received a very warm welcome at this bistro. The cuisine was excellent, refined, and prepared with care by the chef, Stéphane.
The presentation of his dishes was generous and very tasty. We will gladly return!

24/07/2024: Carte de spécialités aveyronnais , accueil suite à réservation, professionnelle et temps pour faire son choix.
Foie gras de qualité et portion généreuse. Viande goûteuse et accompagnée d'aligot.
Dessert : crêpe épaisse et boule de glace.
En conclusion : nous recommandons.
08/06/2024: Bon (vraie ms frites maison et viande extra) bien servi et service nickel. Nous gardons l'adresse pour la prochaine fois. Ne manque que des cocktails maison
