Having never visited this establishment nor consented to the collection of my data, this message violates Article L34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code and the GDPR.
As this unsolicited marketing is illegal, I reserve the right to report this to the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) if I receive any more text messages of this type. Please respect French and European law by ceasing this practice.
