05/04/2024: Beautiful place, quiet and clean. The rooms are OK. It's a shame that for a 4 star, there aren't more Canal+ style channels or other restaurants. Impeccable, except that we were a little cold in the glassware and that the bread was dry, it's a place where there is a beautiful view but a little cold. The breakfast was unlucky but it was average. We had to call for cutlery and napkins. The coffee machine did not work. We had to wait to put it back into service otherwise very quiet place where we slept well or the bathroom is very spacious and the reception staff were friendly

05/04/2024: TO FLEE. We came in person to reserve a specific table the day before to have a cozy time. On the big day, the chosen table was not reserved for us. We found ourselves in the corner of the room, under a blaring speaker, next to a group and in the passage.
What is the point of booking? Lack of respect for the customer and sense of service.
Furthermore, despite our comments, no commercial gesture was proposed or considered (a coffee, a drink perhaps?)...and yet the bill was substantial. Ashamed.

I am put at the back of the room, impossible to hear myself speak.

04/04/2024: My children are in class on Saturday and are excited to come climb. The supervisors are attentive and encourage the children, the little extra is the booklet which was distributed a short time ago, it is very well done and motivates the children a lot. BRAVO!!!!!
The food is very good and the staff are smiling and pleasant.
I recommend coming and having a good time with your family :)
02/04/2024: I found rats in the room eating me no sandwich, everything is very dirty, he didn't even think of gloves we saw the waiter touching his private parts who served us a sandwich he didn't go in this place

Have already forgotten the main sandwich from my order.
Small bonus the next time, they managed to replace my CBO with a simple cheese.
Well done.
24/03/2024: Unfriendly waiter who doesn't help at all and makes comments about waste collection even though the trash cans are 50m away. Not practical at all!!!!!!! Plus the sandwiches aren't great.

The staff was very welcoming and patient despite our late departure, after the restaurant part had closed
Their cuisine is very good and the relaxed atmosphere is very pleasant.

03/04/2024: Very disappointed with this restaurant. Apart from the welcome, nothing makes you want to come back. Very long service although there was no one in the restaurant. Server who is more concerned about her nails than the customers. Not very clean. Sticky menus, dirty glasses. And when I pay more for a burger than at a McDonald's, it's to get something good, which really wasn't the case.
01/04/2024: Very nice surprise! Waiter welcoming and concerned about his customers, very pleasant! Also surprised by the quality of the beef steak which was very tender, good value for money!

23/03/2024: Honestly, paying this price, to have such pitiful quality.. I tried to give them a second chance and order a second time. Deplorable pizza quality. Nothing is right.
No effort during cooking to achieve this result. for 8-10th a pizza I wouldn't have complained. At this price it's just a scam.
To flee.
