03/03/2024: I arrived on a Sunday at 5 p.m., and they were closed, supposedly open from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., but they just left the lights on, no one in the restaurant

05/01/2024: We will never order from you again. Order placed at 7:30 p.m., I am told delivered within 45 minutes maximum, to ultimately be delivered at 9 p.m. No commercial gesture. You have just lost a customer.

Sandwich made in a hurry. When I got home, three quarters of the toppings had fallen off, I literally had to redo the sandwich...
I was asked what sauce for the potatoes, I chose béarnaise and of course, forgot... It's boring, it's all the time!! What do we pay for?
Edit: I had already put one star, but it continues... Can't we put zero? Basket reserved on Too good too go, canceled. But really this brand is a group of incapable people with no respect for the customer.

28/02/2024: As usual at Marie Blachère it is the service that is lacking. 10 minutes of waiting for a baguette when there are two customers. And it's recurring, so ultimately I prefer to go to a real bakery, plus it's not more expensive.
