25/01/2026: Restaurant and brasserie with homemade products. Attentive service and reasonably priced drinks. All this in a wooded area with a unique castle.
24/01/2026: A €70 meal including starter/main course/dessert with wine and an aperitif, served on plates presented like school cafeteria food! Chipped plates, paper napkins, etc.... Avoid this place at all costs; there are much better options just a few kilometers away for significantly less money!!!

01/09/2024: Very beautiful discovery, a delight of the palate in a haven of peace, calm, in the heart of a picturesque and very preserved village in Yvelines. Very friendly welcome, tasty and original dishes.
31/07/2024: The restaurant describes itself as a fine dining restaurant, hence my expectation of dishes of a higher standard than what was served.

I wanted to inquire about training at Haras de la Cense, but communication with the office has been disastrous. After several exchanges, I received no further response, and then I was simply told that they would take my message into account "when they have time." Frankly, it gives the impression that they don't need students or that they don't really care about those who want to train with them. Very disappointing.
