21/05/2024: An address where you shouldn’t hesitate to stop! On the way back, my mother-in-law and I wanted to eat, we said: “Let’s go to Colmar”. Once arrived, we explored the city while looking for a restaurant. When our eyes fell on the front of the restaurant “L’arpège”, our curiosity took over to take a closer look. The exterior courtyard is magnificent, the interior being complete, we had lunch on the terrace which is a real little cocoon. The setting takes you on a journey as do the dishes. We had the daily menu: starter, main course, dessert (choice between a vegetarian menu or a fish menu). The quality and quantity are exquisite, you can see the cook is passionate about his job. He puts his whole heart into his cooking. The servers are friendly and very helpful, if you have any doubts about the composition of a dish: call Grégoire, he knows everything about the dishes 😉

10/03/2024: For our day near Munster we stopped at the inn at the old station. A hearty and very tasty stopover. Quality, fresh and above all homemade products and that's rare! We have taken : An inn salad which is a starter, yes yes A shared XXL cordon bleu (800g), each one their own, i.e. 400g And for dessert, more than delicious coffee And we promise to come back to perhaps taste the fried carp and Vacherin cheese, we’ll see!

25/05/2024: Déception à plusieurs égards. Accueil inexistant ( sauf pour les habitués). Le plat boeuf stroganoff était pas mauvais , basique mais cher. Refuser absolument la table à gauche de l entrée : coincée entre le bar et la vitrine, espace de la taille d une armoire à balai , la porte d entrée (coulissante) tapant sur votre chaise à chaque fois qu elle s ouvre. Clairement pas un espace pour dîner. Ne tenez pas compte non plus des horaires indiqués ( nous préférons dîner tard) : à la réservation il nous a été dit 20h30 maxi, une fois sur place des clients sont arrivés jusqu a 21h45 …. Bref près de 90 Euros pour deux pour un moment pas sympa du tout et une expérience culinaire très moyenne …

03/05/2024: We ate there two evenings in a row. We all really liked the 8 different dishes, both adults and children, both in terms of quality and quantity. Only fresh homemade products! Little original finishing touch where the dessert choices are written on a glass bottle filled with sweets for customers. Breakfasts are like dinners. Decor and warm atmosphere! We highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely come back!

12/05/2024: Charming hotel, fantastic place and starting point for Alsace Lovely management, enjoyed a fantastic breakfast - unfortunately you have to make a reservation early for the evening :-).

11/05/2024: A warm welcome, a divine meal! Everything was excellent! A treat, a glass for the welcome, the presentation of the dishes very original especially the crispy sauerkraut 🥰😍. Pinot gris is also excellent. We recommend it and we will definitely come back. 😍🥰 We didn't have a reservation and we were lucky to get the last table. So reserved advice! 😀

Plate replaced by sliced ​​chicken without a word of apology... Unfriendly and very insolent waitress. Restaurant to avoid.....
