A friend said this is the best Chinese restaurant he has ever eaten in Paris, but I don’t think we should have high expectations because it is the normal standard of domestic shopping malls.

DAO has become our restaurant of choice for outings with friends. The dishes are authentic and each bite is a taste journey to China. We love it!

If you want a serious level of heat and flavour, here is a must for you! Real Sichuan flavour explosion. I've been coming here every time I visited Paris. (The rabbit is the most spicy dish! ❤️)

The entire meal is nothing short of perfection. The dishes are tasty, spicy as they should be, seasoned justly. All the desserts were tempting, we had the blueberry and black sesame tartlet: it was so good!! Well done, we can't wait to come back!

Boiled beef. The beef is very tender but a bit chewy at the end. Garlic water spinach. The garlic flavor is well controlled and the dish is very smooth. Kung Pao Shrimp Balls. The shrimp meat is well processed and not too sweet. I like the diced lotus root in it. The food was so big that I didn’t finish it until I took it away. Free rice, average quality This place is so popular that I encountered several waves of people who came to inquire without reservations. There was no space. You must make an appointment, you can google it But I feel thirsty after eating. I don’t know if it’s because of too much MSG or because of the hot weather. The food was served a bit slowly. It took almost an hour for the three dishes to be served. Don’t expect anything from service An old French gentleman said that the four of them wanted to sit at a round table outside with four chairs, but the waiter emphasized that only three people could sit at most... During the stalemate, the male waiter said in Chinese that if you don't eat, get out. As a bystander, it was a little bit... son surprised
