The decor, both inside and out, was warm and inviting, and the service was very friendly, but the food was extremely disappointing: the tagliata was burnt to a crisp with a black crust, simply placed on top of two barely dressed pieces of salad, and the strawberry charlotte dessert was probably frozen, as it arrived with a completely soggy sponge cake and a watery dessert on the plate. It was certainly just bad luck, but one must remain vigilant and not become complacent, especially when one usually has a good reputation.
