Very welcoming staff with rare kindness... A little personal anecdote, I had a problem with my nickel card. The manager was kind and extremely patient to help me manage the problem because it was mainly the nickel customer service that was not competent and was wasting our time... I was starting to be embarrassed because customers were queuing because of me but the boss managed the situation while remaining with me until the end. thanks again
