Good evening, We came to eat at Les Trois Brasseurs as a family this evening, sitting upstairs. We were seated and greeted at our table by Victor, who welcomed us with a big smile! He then took our order with a touch of humor. He recommended a flammekueche to share as an appetizer! A colleague of his then took over at our table, explaining the change—he was a bartender by trade—and was also a very good server! The food was delicious! We will definitely be back!

We came to Les 3 Brasseurs in Carré Sénart on Monday, August 17th, around 1 p.m., just for a beer. The bartender gave us a very warm welcome and offered excellent beer recommendations, as my husband is a true enthusiast. Our first slight disappointment was that it seemed to be solely a bar, with the restaurant section not being particularly prominent. We were a little let down by the lack of experience, especially after a previous, less-than-stellar restaurant experience elsewhere. The next day, we returned for happy hour. The single-handed waiter managed the service very efficiently and with a smile, despite the crowd. We finally decided to try the restaurant… and we're so glad we did! Many establishments in this area have a bit of a "fast food" vibe, but this place is completely different: a genuine little brasserie, warm and inviting, with generous and delicious dishes. A big thank you to Margaux for her advice, her warm welcome, her good humor, and her infectious smile. This is exactly the kind of person who makes you want to come back! We had a wonderful time and will gladly return 🍻😊

I was there with my family. The welcome was warm, the service was quick, the food was excellent and plentiful, and the beers were great. The kids' menu is fantastic, and my son loved the cheeseburger (I tried it myself and thought it was delicious; I should have ordered a kids' meal too 🤣). The price was reasonable; for a family of five with three children, it came to under €110 without having to skimp.

We came to have a beer and a snack, and were served by Harry… a great time thanks to him! A very friendly waiter to all the customers.

Working downtown, we were served quickly. Thanks to the server who served us promptly, but unfortunately, I forgot to take his name. My savory waffle wasn't quite hot enough, but it was still good.
