We had a wonderful time. Friendly staff. Excellent food except for the crème brûlée, which we found too small. I recommend it. Great selection. There were nine of us, and we were all delighted.

After reading the reviews, I was a little worried, but in the end, for a first visit, I wasn't disappointed at all. The waitress was very friendly and took the time to answer questions. I think we'll come back to try the menu twice as much. Very satisfied overall.

A very good place that we will definitely return to if we have the opportunity to visit the area again. The food was excellent; no matter what we chose, everything was delicious. I highly recommend it!

Disappointing experience. Overpriced dishes for the quality and quantity. The risotto did contain three scallops, but they were served in just two spoonfuls of rice… We had come a few months ago and ordered ribs, and without exaggeration, there was twice the amount compared to yesterday. The ribeye steak was burnt on the sides. The crème brûlée was served in a very large dish with only 0.5 cm of custard. We felt like we were being ripped off. We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert, and we weren't even fully satisfied. On the other hand, the menu is quite varied. Finally, in our opinion, the restaurant has no reason to call itself a Bouillon, as neither the dishes nor the prices are comparable.

We came here expecting a good meal, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The quality of the food left much to be desired, particularly the poor-quality charcuterie and the cold new potatoes. Regarding hygiene, we were surprised to see the kitchen staff dressed in civilian clothes, including one person wearing a cap. And to top it all off, they went for a smoke and came back without washing their hands. On top of that, I found a hair in my French toast. This seriously raises questions about their adherence to health and safety regulations. However, the service was excellent. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Passing through Blois, I discovered this restaurant. The portions are generous, beautiful, and above all, delicious. Quality ingredients. Well done!

Duck confit that's barely warmed through in the oven, with flabby, white skin instead of being golden and crispy, is sad and frustrating, especially if the meat itself is of poor quality. On the other hand, the onion soup was very good.

We would say that we ate well enough, but nothing more, especially when the dishes weren't fully loaded because they'd used up their stock and hadn't even mentioned it when we ordered… The downstairs room was cold, and when we were seated at 7:15 pm and they were setting up the table… it was very noisy, making it difficult to soak up the atmosphere. Despite all that, the waitresses were smiling, which was very pleasant.

Since it became a dive and Ben stopped running the restaurant, the quality has gone down. My set menu was good, except for the French toast terrine dessert, which looked more like a failed or undercooked cake. The burgers have shrunk in size, there's hardly anything to eat inside, and the homemade fries are swimming in oil. They even messed up the cooking of two burgers (medium instead of rare). The roasted Camembert was watery, and the charcuterie selection is limited... all for a salad with almost no dressing. The chocolate fondant with a pistachio center was nonexistent (apparently the pistachio is hidden in white chocolate that we couldn't find). The waitresses were pleasant until we politely pointed out the mistakes. There are still many small errors compared to what's written on the menu. Furthermore, it was very cold in the restaurant, not ideal for eating... An expensive meal considering the mistakes and the low quality expected from a broth.
