Let's start with the positives: the food is very good, the pizzas are truly excellent and varied, there's something for everyone. The pizza dough is superb. Some might say the small pizzas are sparsely topped, but I'd say it's impossible to do better, as the crusts inevitably puff up, so it's definitely not a bad thing. On the other hand, the weak point of our visit was clearly the service: 30 minutes before our order was taken, then another 30 minutes before the food and drinks arrived (meaning an hour to receive the main course). We then waited another 30 minutes to place and receive our second order. So, we ended up ordering desserts at the same time to avoid another wait. The owner's excuse was that they only have one oven. I would reply that the tasting menu requires a reservation, and therefore it's possible to limit the number of diners accordingly.

I had the tasting menu with all-you-can-eat pizzas. The pizzas were very good but sparsely topped, unfortunately with a lot of pasta. The price for such a small amount of topping is still quite high (€35), which I don't think is justified. The service was extremely slow. Our reservation was at 8:30 pm, the drinks order was taken at 9:05 pm, and we received the drinks at the same time as the main courses at 9:35 pm – a really long wait! The second all-you-can-eat course also took a very long time; we had to ask for a server, which was very disappointing.

Honestly, if you go to this restaurant, ask to be served by Olivier. Funny, welcoming, warm, and incredibly sociable. If I could be served by people as sunny as him more often, I'd be willing to pay the price! And order the truffle pasta; it's magnificent.
