Corsican cuisine featuring local products, with super friendly and helpful staff. They explained the dishes, the provenance of the ingredients, and advised us on our choices. They also let us sample local cheeses and myrtle liqueur.

Fantastic traditional Corsican restaurant where I ate one of the best tripe in tomato sauce I've ever had! Excellent service. The owner was very kind and helped us with a problem! Highly recommended!

A very good experience at this typically Corsican restaurant. A wide variety of choices. The food was delicious. We enjoyed it with a Clos Alzeto Cuvée Spéciale wine. For dessert, the chocolate fondant and the "La Chantante" chocolate cake, accompanied by a small glass of myrtle liqueur, brought this successful evening to a delightful close.

We had an extremely pleasant time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will definitely be back!
