We had a wonderful time, thank you to Mathilda who was extraordinary, providing exceptional service and true professionalism in every situation. The beef cheek was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the goat cheese fritters were delicious. We highly recommend it.

We had lunch at this "gourmet table" restaurant in the citadel with a breathtaking view of Porto Vecchio. Compared to other restaurants in the area, the price is almost the same, but the flavors are incredible. We received a very warm welcome, and the waitress was very attentive and helpful, offering excellent advice. We ordered two Muscat Corse aperitifs, one starter for two (the foie gras was very good), and for the main course, a John Dory skewer and a sea bass fillet (both excellent). We also had a glass of white wine, which was very good. For dessert, we had a limencello baba and, my absolute favorite, the "weeping cake"—it was divine. To finish, we had two coffees, all for €126. It was a wonderful birthday meal. We had made a reservation for April, which wasn't necessary but would certainly be essential for the season. A must-try!
