A magical place, with a very relaxing atmosphere and a surprise menu that changes every night. Ours included: Corsican cured meats served with homemade butter, goat cheese fried in a very light and crunchy batter, garden vegetables, Corsican pork and shrimp soup—truly divine—and, to finish, homemade raspberry cheesecake with a scoop of mint ice cream. The coffee was also good. The owner and chef was super kind and friendly, welcoming us as if we were guests in his home. An excellent and imaginative experience.

Tonight: What a wonderful surprise and a privilege to have dined at A La Bonne Table! We had a fantastic time thanks to Doudou: his warm welcome, his kindness, and above all, his cuisine. You don't have to choose, and what a joy it is not to have to choose when all the dishes are excellent, varied, and cooked with such heart. All the best, Doudou!

The owner is very friendly and professional. The food (all fresh ingredients) is excellent. The meat is very tender and succulent. Good value for money.

The best surprise of our stay at Marina di Sant'Ambroggio! The restaurant is uniquely and originally decorated, and Dudu, the owner, is a delightful person and a master chef. Although the surprise menu seemed risky with a 7-year-old, our daughter loved it all. We ate divinely, with local ingredients prepared with love. The Corsican prosciutto, fried local cheese, and chicken with shrimp were simply amazing! All this was accompanied by a relaxing atmosphere, excellent homemade desserts, and incredible limoncello. I highly recommend it. Don't stop at the first touristy place you come across, go to Dudu and you won't regret it. Your wallet won't either. See you soon!

We stumbled across this little gem completely by accident, as we were hungry and it was the first thing that came up on Google when we were in the area. We called to see if they were open and the owner said he will come and open the place specifically for us. The owner / chef is a fabulous one man show. He has had the place for 30 years. You eat whatever he has prepared for that day for a flat fee of 35 euros per person. He prepares the food and serves it on the middle of the table, just like you would at home. The food is all home made and is WAY MORE than enough. Very tasty. We had chickpea / tomato salad with warm bread for appetisers, a second course of cheese stuffed aubergines and then duck samosas with grated potatoes. For desert he brought us a big piece of tiramisu and a massive piece of lemon cake which he sat on the table and allowed us to eat as much as we wanted. Absolutely great place and very very friendly host. Besides the food, the design of the restaurant is also unique… Would definitely come again.
