Century 21 Mérignac completely took over the management of our building five years ago, and we are delighted with their professionalism, responsiveness, and advice. It's like night and day. If you do your part, there's no reason why it shouldn't work with this agency, provided the members of the residents' association are also cooperative, tolerant, and respectful.
