Le Bistrot du Pin Galant sur Merignac

I travel a lot and try restaurants all over France, but this place has something extra. Everything is perfect: delicious and generous cuisine, a daily menu that's always tastefully updated, and the desserts... oh my, always a wonderful surprise! And what can I say about the service? Impeccable, friendly, and on par with the food. A special mention for Maryline 😍😍 who makes every visit even more special. Thank you for these precious moments. We always come back with the same pleasure. Olivier

A warm welcome from a very friendly lady and a well-maintained establishment. The set menus are reasonably priced. This evening, after the "Monsieur Hugues Aufrey" concert, the restaurant offered a three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) for €29. Photo attached. My partner enjoyed it; it was impeccable in both quality and quantity. For my part, I ordered the shrimp ravioli with lemon sauce—truly delicious, the sauce was divine—and the rice pudding with caramel sauce and fruit nougatine, which was excellent and very generous. The staff was pleasant and professional. Thank you for your hospitality. Until next time.

The truly warm welcome is designed to help you relax immediately; the atmosphere is extremely friendly, and the people are very kind and accommodating.
