They are very kind. I bought one of each kind, and they are all delicious. I was upset that the Rocher melted because I hadn't even opened the packaging to eat it after returning to Korea, but it is still delicious.

Don’t hesitate to ask for what you need they will be happy to guide you through their selection. I’m happy that I found this boutique, I will just go here for souvenirs from now on.

The oldest and most renowned chocolate shop in Paris. It's a true paradise for those with a sweet tooth. The interior is decorated with retro wood paneling and antique display cases housing sweets, chocolates, biscuits, and desserts of all kinds. It's like stepping back in time... and then the aroma... Intoxicating, it's enough to make you drunk on the sweetness...

What an exceptional experience! I walked into the shop to get some chocolates for my parents and was immediately greeted very warmly and was asked if I needed any help choosing chocolates. The lovely lady then went on to explain the different types of ready made chocolate boxes available. I ended up choosing chocolates from the counter and as I was slightly overwhelmed by the choices, the girl behind the counter helped me choose from a large assortment! I even got to sample a chocolate and am finding it hard to resist eating the rest I bought for a present. Highly reccomend this amazing chocolate shop!

VARIOUS BRANCHES. Founded in 1761, it is the oldest chocolate shop in Paris, still maintaining its historic green and gold facade, selling the same classic sweets and chocolates that have delighted generations of Parisians. The shop handcrafts around 60 to 70 varieties of chocolate. The Rochers Pralinés (chocolates with praline), Palets Montmartre, and candied oranges are very famous. Open from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm

They may be historic, they may be delicious, they may be the best of the best in the world, but they're still chocolates, and €120 per kg seems truly out of proportion to me. This is my personal opinion, of course.

26/07/2026: An excellent experience, both culinary and personal. Everything was perfect: The modern decor, The friendly, helpful, and smiling staff, Homemade and organic cuisine, A very extensive wine list, Beautifully presented dishes with touches of color. One cannot give a review without mentioning the Wagyu beef. I have never eaten meat comparable—tender, melt-in-your-mouth, and with an incredible flavor. And the other dishes were equally impressive. The only downside is that this restaurant will be closing at the end of July 2026. My advice: hurry and take advantage of the fact that it's still open to taste this meat. Looking forward to seeing Chef Junko Kawasaki at her new location.
26/07/2026: What a shame this restaurant is closing... I'd barely discovered it and now I'll have to do without. A delight, very pleasant staff. Original cuisine with breathtaking beef... I didn't want to finish my last bite, wanting to prolong the pleasure, wondering if I'd ever find such good meat again. Wishing our host a very happy retirement. Looking forward to seeing the new restaurant where the chef will be working. Hurry, book by Thursday, July 30th to experience it!
