02/06/2026: Totally positive experience 👍 Excellent pinsa made with high-quality, exclusively ITALIAN ingredients 🇮🇹👏 Exquisite pasta, generous portions. Delicious and generous desserts. Good selection of Italian wines. Very generous salads. Very fresh and delicious tiramisu!! Attentive and fast service! Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. If you're in Paris and want to try an original pinsa (one of the few in all of France) and eat authentic Italian cuisine, you have to go to Vale&Ale.

23/05/2026: I loved my experience at Restaurant Ouïghour. The dishes were flavorful, generous, and bursting with authentic taste. Special mention goes to their honey cake: an incredibly moist, light dessert with a perfectly balanced sweetness. It was definitely the highlight of the meal! The service was warm and the atmosphere very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant to lovers of Asian cuisine and culinary discoveries.

23/05/2026: We were already familiar with Uzbek cuisine, and we weren't disappointed. Both the drinks and the food were excellent; you could taste the homemade quality. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly. The place itself is lovely. I highly recommend it. We'll be back!

08/05/2026: I had stir-fried green beans, fried rice, and xiaolongbao. The green beans were especially delicious. You can take home any leftover food in a container. I appreciate the quick service.

05/05/2026: I made a reservation after hearing good things about the place, and it was absolutely the right decision. I was impressed by the exotic and profound flavors, which are different from what you might call traditional French cuisine. It's the perfect place when you suddenly find yourself craving Asian flavors. What surprised me most were the xiao long bao (soup dumplings). The skin was incredibly thin and superb. You could almost see the delicious soup inside through the skin, showcasing the high level of skill involved. During my stay, several groups of people who came without reservations were turned away, so making a reservation in advance is absolutely essential. It's a unique restaurant that's well worth the trip.
