Excellent restaurant with superb local cuisine and incredibly friendly staff. This restaurant was recommended to us and we weren't disappointed!! We ended up going two days in a row because it was so excellent. I highly recommend it!

We ate at this restaurant on the recommendation of a local, and I absolutely recommend it! It's one of the best restaurants in Ariège, I'm sure of it, with a warm welcome and atmosphere. We were treated to traditional Basque songs—simply magnificent! The cuisine is made exclusively with high-quality products from local farmers. This place is definitely worth a visit. We were greeted by a fellow in a Basque beret with a distinct local accent. A farmer, he showed us around his establishment where he cooks and sells his own produce: everything here is local! Thank you, sir, for the warm welcome. A second man took our order with angelic patience, despite the children's indecision between meat and fish, or the eldest wanting a set menu while sharing his starter... Thank you for your advice and kindness. Finally, the "runner," a young man barely older than my daughter, handled the service brilliantly, describing each dish with passion. Best of luck to him! At the bar, two young women prepared the aperitifs and brought the coffees with remarkable efficiency. An excellent place: the dishes were delicious, and the portions were as beautiful as they were generous.

Local products, a warm welcome, and a great atmosphere made for a wonderful family outing. A good selection and varied prices. Reservations are recommended as it was fully booked.

Hello. We had lunch at this restaurant for the first time and had a lovely time. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the owner explained the history of the establishment. The quality of the meat is very good. If I had to make one small comment, I would say it's a tad pricey. But that won't stop me from coming back 😉

One can only appreciate the excellent cuisine, at least the vegetarian dishes. Good advice was given on wine selection. Delicious aperitifs. The welcome was authentically local, quite folksy, but it showed a commitment to cooking with the produce from dozens of partner producers. A truly enterprising and proactive example of rural life... It's a shame our sweet dog couldn't come in with us; non-human animals must stay outside.

A must-visit for those who appreciate good food. The place is warm and inviting, the rustic atmosphere is wonderful, and all the staff are attentive, smiling, and relaxed. As for the food, it's a true delight for the taste buds. It's flavorful, generous, and authentic. A wonderful experience. Signed: the customer who didn't have a plate. :-)
