Warm welcome and very good hamburger. All products are from the region. On the mountain view terrace. Several dishes to choose from. Everything is homemade. I highly recommend. Visit this place, eat then pass by the caves of Mas d'Azil. I wish you a good tasting.

The quality does not live up to the reputation or the introductory sales pitch. The quantities either (Gascon menu at 34€ though). It was a very good address, which continues to build on its reputation which, in my opinion, is today overused. We weren't seduced by the "Flunch" atmosphere either. We spent our vacation in Tarascon sur Ariège at Camping yelloh village le pré lombard (Great campsite and great vacation), We met Philippe Lacube, A great man, very kind, very attentive, a great breeder from Ariège , and a great restaurateur, the products for sale in the shop are delicious, authentic, local and organic even if organic is not recognized among them (This will be explained to you by Laurent (A great man too, and a great love guide of his profession as a breeder and nature) if you take part in the forest excursion in the pastures of the Ariège Pyrenees organized by Maison Lacube, a memorable and fantastic day at 2000 m altitude with a breathtaking view , the meal is just excellent, you will eat great products cooked with love in the middle of nature and you will have the chance to discover great local traditions like gourdasse), we enjoyed it so much that we went to eat at the restaurant the same evening of the excursion, result no regrets, the restaurant is super pretty, the staff adorable, fast and efficient service, the boss Philippe and his son Jason sang us traditional Ariégeois songs, and above all we enjoyed ourselves as rarely in a restaurant and the everything for very good prices, I highly recommend this institution La Maison Lacube, I simply recommend Ariège and its best valley on the Tarascon side, canoeing on the Ariège, unforgettable cave visit, Soutairenne river, delicious gastronomy, the people are kind, pleasant and welcoming, good living!!! Long live Ariège and long live the Pyrenees!!! Our best vacation by far!!! After having climbed the beille plateau by mountain bike, it was paradise. Excellent cuisine, very local. We will come back to the top

Plats de qualité, viande et charcuterie excellentes . Tout vient de leur ferme ou de fermiers voisins . Concept 👍🏻 Un petit bémol toutefois pour les desserts que je trouve chers , comparés aux plats 7€ un fromage blanc …

Accueil très chaleureux, nous avons pris le temps de nous installer avec des enfants en bas âge. Le personnel était toujours respectueux , attentionné et attentif.. Ce sont des gens passionnés qui sont fiers de nous présenter leurs magnifiques produits. Sans hésitation, nous avons beaucoup aimé. Merci et bravo
