Excellent address from every point of view, wonderful cuisine, hearty homemade dishes and meats from their own farm, top service waiter and waitresses, pleasant smiling, responding to requests, address abused without moderation, only a small downside last night, we were not allowed to the little digestive offered for having been there several times but otherwise excellent 👍👍👍👍👍

During a weekend spent on the Beille plateau, we discovered this farm inn. A good time sharing around fresh and tasty products, the meat is succulent and the welcome is warm!

We stopped in this charming Ariège village of Les Cabannes where the origins around the life of coal burners can be discovered on site. During the break on our exciting investigations with Jason, breeder and processor of his products which he offers and which he shows on his farm with his family and which we can taste in his restaurant La Maison Lacube. The cuisine is traditional with local specialties and a generosity in the flavors and suggestions offered according to the seasons. An on-site shop at the restaurant allows you to discover take-away specialties. €20 formula and suggestions on the board. The atmosphere created by the character and his father explains the frequentation at the restaurant and clearly reveals that it is the heart of the village which is found around tourists and informed epicureans. High quality restaurant, very warm welcome from the waiters who will be able to advise you on dishes. Small grocery store adjoining the restaurant to discover I recommend it if you are staying in the area.

Visited several times, Maison Lacube offers local products of remarkable quality. The restaurant serves excellent dishes and the passionate owner is very friendly. The staff is courteous and friendly. I highly recommend. Don't forget to book, especially in the middle of the summer season.
