Just stopped by the shop to buy some vacuum-packed meat: steak, sirloin, short rib, plus charcuterie and cheese. We thoroughly enjoyed it for a very reasonable price. Thank you for the warm welcome and the quality of your products.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent restaurant for lovers of authentic cuisine and high-quality local products. We received a very warm welcome and particularly appreciated the generous portions. My wife started with a delicious charcuterie platter, followed by a perfectly prepared steak tartare—truly exceptional. For my part, the homemade foie gras was simply superb, followed by a 300g ribeye steak from a beef breed, cooked to perfection, served with goose-fat fries: a real treat. For dessert, my wife chose a millas (a type of cornmeal cake), and I opted for homemade ice cream with a plum brandy, the perfect way to end the meal. Sincere, generous, and expertly prepared cuisine. We highly recommend it.

We were greeted by a fellow in a Basque beret with a distinct local accent. A farmer, he showed us around his establishment where he cooks and sells his own produce: everything here is local! Thank you, sir, for the warm welcome. A second man took our order with angelic patience, despite the children's indecision between meat and fish, or the eldest wanting a set menu while sharing his starter... Thank you for your advice and kindness. Finally, the "runner," a young man barely older than my daughter, handled the service brilliantly, describing each dish with passion. Best of luck to him! At the bar, two young women prepared the aperitifs and brought the coffees with remarkable efficiency. An excellent place: the dishes were delicious, and the portions were as beautiful as they were generous.

We ate at this restaurant on the recommendation of a local, and I absolutely recommend it! It's one of the best restaurants in Ariège, I'm sure of it, with a warm welcome and atmosphere. We were treated to traditional Basque songs—simply magnificent! The cuisine is made exclusively with high-quality products from local farmers. This place is definitely worth a visit.
