A bakery that listens to customer feedback and takes action. I worked with Nicole at La Panetière a while ago, and while not all the products are homemade, a large portion now are. They've even installed a slicer, which is fantastic! I want to emphasize that Nicole and the rest of the team are helpful and friendly. A personal recommendation: try the vanilla custard tart!
