Turning seventy is a milestone, and for my wife's birthday, we headed to the restaurant "La Petite Ruelle" in Vallet. A perfect welcome, smiles, kindness—everything needed to start this wonderful meal. On our plates, the quality, quantity, and finesse of the ingredients and preparation were all there, from the appetizer to the dessert. We both chose a fillet of hake with curry sauce and perfectly cooked baby vegetables. For dessert, a Nantes cake, lightly soaked in rum, was excellent, and for those with a sweet tooth, a small bottle of rum was provided (a rare treat). The glaze was perfect. Congratulations to the chef. The setting is very pleasant, with a vintage, family-friendly feel. Many childhood memories came flooding back.

We went for dinner on a Wednesday evening: a warm welcome, impeccable service from start to finish, and delicious food. An excellent place that I highly recommend!

Absolutely excellent! Everything was perfect! The food was delicious, very refined, and beautifully presented. As for the service, the staff was very attentive; it's the first time anyone has ever checked if my beef was cooked to my liking! The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the place! I highly recommend it! Thank you to the chef and the server!
