Once again, faultless lunch. Very easy access with ample parking, magnificent setting with a view of the Gulf, tasteful decoration, impeccable welcome and service, and cuisine worthy of a Michelin star. All for a very reasonable price. We also wonder why the Table de Lys is not awarded a star??? I recommend without reservation.

The best restaurant in Saint-Etienne for me, the cuisine but also the service, the welcome, the good advice and the location. Everything is perfect.

I must admit that I don't completely understand the 4.8 rating. We opted for the Lys menu, and although the dishes weren't bad – lobster, Rossini beef fillet, apple pie – nothing really surprised me. I ate well, but the whole thing lacked originality. The main problem lies in the presentation, service and setting. The plates were too busy, with superfluous elements that added nothing to the taste. The service, although provided by very friendly waiters, left something to be desired: stained suits immediately give the impression of neglect. As for the place, the decoration is sorely lacking in charm, which detracts from the experience and gives a less upscale image of the restaurant. On the other hand, special mention for the cheese platter, really successful! My final remark in my humble opinion is that the cuisine overall lacks finesse and refinement, with dishes that seem a little outdated in their conception. It's not a bad restaurant, but it needs more modernity and care to really stand out.

Amazing food, staff and drinks. Highly recommend. We were in town for USA soccer during the Olympics and were excited for the opportunity to try this amazing establishment. Everything was amazing. Thank you for the once in a lifetime experience!
