Dinner yesterday with my wife, a table in a superb setting (overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Étienne), several very intimate dining rooms, contemporary furniture. A wide selection of menus.
We ordered the Fairplay menu and the Green menu, both fantastic and exceptional in quality. This restaurant easily deserves a Michelin star.

Our first visit, impeccable service, welcome, location, very professional staff. The food is more than just a meal; it's a true visual and gustatory feast, enhanced by the kindness and professionalism of the waiters and waitresses! Upon arrival, we were seated facing a bucolic panorama: the golf course and verdant mountains in the distance.
The service and advice were attentive and refined.
The dishes are first savored with the eyes, and then a delight for the palate...
