How can I put it? Philippe Etchebest would have exploded just from the moment we took our order. We waited a good 20 minutes. The waitress was left to do everything herself in a restaurant with nearly 100 seats. I saw her running around everywhere. What a shame, what a lack of organization, making unnecessary trips back and forth! That said, I was very impressed by the generous portions, which were very good; they were worth the wait.
Lunch. Smiling and welcoming waitresses. It's a quiet place frequented by workers or senior citizens who always say hello on coming in and goodbye on leaving :) and the food is excellent, very fresh and generous portions. Congratulations to the chef!
