Excellent restaurant in Quatzenheim! The food is superb, and the all-you-can-eat tarte flambée is a real bonus. Fast service, friendly staff, and a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Nice restaurant. Excellent tarte flambée.

How can I put it? Philippe Etchebest would have exploded just from the moment we took our order. We waited a good 20 minutes. The waitress was left to do everything herself in a restaurant with nearly 100 seats. I saw her running around everywhere. What a shame, what a lack of organization, making unnecessary trips back and forth! That said, I was very impressed by the generous portions, which were very good; they were worth the wait.

The tarte flambée was excellent, especially the one with garlic and chives.
