We had a wonderful four-day stay at this hotel in Wintzfelden, Alsace. The hotel is quiet, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food was excellent every day, with generous portions. There's parking in front of the hotel with two charging stations for electric vehicles. The rooms are cleaned daily. The managers are very professional and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our stay. The hotel was very well maintained, the welcome was friendly, the food was excellent, and the location was central for visiting the treasures of Alsace.

The hotel rooms are quite outdated: my shower was very old, and the doors were difficult to close. The reception was basic and lacked friendliness. The meals were perfectly adequate. Breakfast was disappointing, with many processed products: cheese slices in tiny individual portions from the supermarket, bread that didn't seem to come entirely from a bakery... yet Alsace is full of excellent products. Overall, it was expensive for what it offered.

A place we highly recommend, both in terms of welcome, friendliness and the culinary delights.
