A superb discovery! 🥰 The place is magnificent, with a typically Alsatian interior that truly charmed us. The meal was fantastic, everything was delicious! 😍 And a huge thank you for the warm welcome: the two people who greeted us were absolutely lovely, so friendly and welcoming. 😊 A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return! ❤️🥨

Recommended by the Hotel La Vallée Noble, I highly recommend it. A warm welcome and pleasant staff served high-quality cuisine that we thoroughly enjoyed. We dined there two evenings.

My favorite in the area… there might be others, but I don't know them. A must-stop for me when I'm in the region; the food is plentiful and excellent. The ladies who serve are wonderful and friendly! Highly recommended!

We came on August 30th. We were greeted with a smile and so much kindness by a young lady. I ate an excellent sauerkraut; in fact, we're coming back in the winter and can't wait to have it again! 😉😁 Thank you so much for your kindness and attention to your customers... kisses from Belgium 🫶😉

Hotel De La Vallee Noble Restaurant

17/05/2026: The rooms are lovely and clean. There's a wide selection at the breakfast buffet, but there's a long queue for coffee. I wouldn't recommend having dinner at the restaurant. We really didn't enjoy our meal.
26/04/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The pool was nice and warm, and very clean. We had a new room with excellent amenities (you can choose your room on the Booking.com website), so there were no unpleasant surprises. The breakfast was very generous and varied, honestly 5 out of 5.
