Alsatian meal at Better! Excellent experience, Alsatian cuisine with generous portions. Not too greasy like many Alsatian restaurants, I recommend it. It was very good.

Excellent meal, just a small suggestion: if you like your meat pink, order it rare. We ordered it medium and it was very charred.

I highly recommend this restaurant if you're passing through the beautiful town of Soultzmatt. The setting is pleasant but unremarkable. However, the food is excellent, made with high-quality ingredients! Impeccable service.

A perfect welcome, impeccable and attentive service, generous and delicious cuisine, a slightly basic wine selection (a shame). I visited the restaurant in January and it was very cold. In any case, I highly recommend this Winstub restaurant, which is truly delightful. A very pleasant Winstub.

Hotel De La Vallee Noble Restaurant

26/04/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The pool was nice and warm, and very clean. We had a brand new room with excellent amenities (you can choose your room on the Booking.com website), so there were no unpleasant surprises. The breakfast was very generous and varied, honestly 5 out of 5.
23/04/2026: A nice, quiet hotel with a small pool/sauna and restaurant. Overall, it's a bit dated, but okay for 2-3 nights. Friendly staff.
