Absolutely delicious. Bread, pastries, pizza—everything is excellent, but... the absolute best... their Brie au Kirsch 😍😍 The best since it's no longer available in Kaysersberg! Bravo and thank you!

My job is to deliver, and I travel all over Alsace, and this bakery is definitely in my top three. Seriously, if you're ever in the area, stop by; everything is delicious. It's still an old-fashioned bakery.

Hotel De La Vallee Noble Restaurant

26/04/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The pool was nice and warm, and very clean. We had a brand new room with excellent amenities (you can choose your room on the Booking.com website), so there were no unpleasant surprises. The breakfast was very generous and varied, honestly 5 out of 5.
23/04/2026: A nice, quiet hotel with a small pool/sauna and restaurant. Overall, it's a bit dated, but okay for 2-3 nights. Friendly staff.
