A Nosa Casa Galicia sur Paris

What a pleasure to rediscover authentic dishes! Apart from the potatoes with aioli, which were a bit light on garlic flavor (certainly to avoid giving curious diners bad breath), everything was absolutely magnificent. I wish I'd been hungrier to try even more of the menu. It's instantly become one of my favorite places; you go there for the culinary art of Galicia and nothing else. Long live this place!
