A Sirinata sur Sartene

We came for dinner at the start of the week. Jean-Laurent took very good care of us and explained his cooking and his way of working. Even though we are good eaters, it was impossible for us to finish our plate! So we were able to have a doggy bag and Jean-Laurent even offered us a pot of sauce to warm up the dish. At the end of the meal, a complimentary digestive and we had the pleasure of tasting 5 liqueurs, including one with Tagade strawberries, original! In summary, sincere, tasty and generous cuisine, thank you!

I've been coming to Sartène for 20 years and I've never been there, and I regret it! The dishes were delicious and very generous, we feel that it is home cooked and with love, and we feel the Corsican culinary heritage behind it. In addition, the cook and his wife are really adorable and like to talk about the dishes they serve and which they know by heart, it's very pleasant to see and hear! Thank you for this experience

Le lieu est très convivial, le personnel est adorable, passionné et de très bon conseils. Divers plats ont été dégustés et ont été adorés, les assiettes sont extrêmement généreuses et de qualité donc cela permet même aux bons mangeurs d'avoir une quantité plus que suffisante dans l'assiette. C'est une bonne manière de découvrir les spécialités culinaires de la Corse. Je recommande pour passer un moment chaleureux.

Superb welcome from this lady who does not hesitate to share her products, and above all who knows them, and all in complete transparency! Unfortunately there aren't enough stars. A business and products like we don't see many anymore. Thank you for your warmth and for your products! Thank you also for the kind attention towards our little guy and towards ourselves! (The nougat won't last long) ☺️. By dint of tetris and bubble wrap we managed to fit everything into the suitcases 🥵. A great meeting and above all don’t change anything! Speedy recovery to Sir, We look forward to coming home with a bottle of Mirabelle! PS: Don’t forget to try the harlequin vodka! 🤫

A Sirinata deserves its rating and more! We went there for lunch because the place intrigued us due to the positive comments and opinions but unfortunately the restaurant was only open in the evening and we were sleeping in Propriano... We entered the shop not far away which sold products locals without paying attention to the sign and a sign of fate perhaps it was in fact the restaurant's grocery store. We were far from suspecting that when we walked through the door of the store we were going to live one of our most beautiful experiences in Corsica. Jean Lau and his wife Kiki made us taste local products, Jean Lau is truly passionate, and we were able to have all the explanations on the products sold on site which are of exceptional quality (cold meats, liqueurs, cheeses, etc.). ..) everything is local and Jean Lau knows all his products and talks about them with passion! A true merchant as we like them and of rare kindness and generosity. We came back the next day for lunch before taking our ferry, we didn't want to miss that! Traditional dishes homemade and with passion, very (very hearty) but a real treat! A timeless, authentic moment, a real highlight ❤️ We recommend to all people who want to have a good time, discover local products from a passionate person!
