My best experience in a restaurant. Jean Laurent knows his products, talks about them with passion: it's a change from establishments where you don't really know what you're eating/drinking! The dishes are very good, the quantities are generous: a tip is to take a starter for 2 because it's plentiful, the same for the dishes, you have to have room 😆 The homemade liqueurs are excellent, we went to the grocery store a little further up the street to buy some a few days later, we can't wait to give our loved ones a taste! A superb encounter during our trip to Corsica, we will not hesitate to come back if we return to the area 😄 See you soon Jean Lau'! ✌️

We discovered this atypical little restaurant at the end of August 2023. We met Jean Lau and his wife, two passionate and exciting people. We ate very, very well served dishes, very good and at a good price! Jean Lau shared his artisanal know-how with us. We enjoyed this experience so much that we came back a few days later for the tasting in his store and for lunch, which we also loved! This is a restaurant and two personalities not to be missed!! A big thank you to them from the 6 ch'tis who had a great time!

We spent almost a tasting day with Jean-Lau in 2021 which will remain unforgettable. And we come to visit him today to benefit once again from his sympathy and also from the bandit's bread 😄 Amandine (zezette)

The owner is very caring and likes to show what he cooks and how he prepares it. Thank you for the welcome and the liqueurs which we tasted at the end of the meal. Friendly atmosphere with typical Corsican music. Very generous quantity at an affordable price (around €19.90 each dish). On the other hand, we didn't like the dishes at all, except the fries which were delicious. In our opinion, the squid had a very strong taste of wine, the meat was too dry, accompanied by poor pasta. We are sorry not to have enjoyed this Corsican cuisine. Don't forget to book because without a reservation you will not be accepted.
