A perfect start to your Corsican holiday. Thanks to Martine and the whole team at À Stazzona for this meal bursting with local flavors before we embarked on our 6-day hike on the Mar e Monti trail. We loved the homemade burger, the zucchini and bricciu terrine, the rib-eye steaks with homemade fries, and the shaded terrace. A lovely corner of Corsica.

Excellent meal at this restaurant. Very pleasant, relaxing setting, full of greenery. The service was quick. The dishes were generous, with quality ingredients, all at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant with fresh and refined dishes. We had a wonderful family meal, including a carefully prepared children's menu. It's clear everything is homemade, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food. We had a very enjoyable time.

28/06/2026: Excellent evening at this restaurant upon arrival at the GR20 hiking trail. Very good products (meats, wines offered, etc.), quality of the dishes, very pleasant and efficient service, and a beautiful setting!
