A Stretta sur Ota

Only fish and seafood, no cell phone and a very friendly host/chef - it couldn't be better! The starter platter is generous and delicious with 4 very differently flavored fish dishes, actually a main course (for 2 people). The warm dishes are in no way inferior: a tuna steak that is really half raw (not cooked to death), a sumptuous fisherman's platter and sweet potato puree with cinnamon, star anise and Sichuan pepper - a poem! Someone cooks with a lot of love, creativity and experience. Probably the most underrated restaurant in all of Porto ;-)

Excellent cuisine. We enjoyed ourselves. Fish lovers can go there with their eyes closed. Thank you for this good time.

Small, extremely well-kept terrace. Maximum 16 seats. The owner does everything himself, reception, dining room and kitchen, but with very clear rules (you sit at the table at the latest at 8.30pm for example) and extreme courtesy everything succeeds in an excellent manner. On the terrace there is a ban on the use of cell phones, you go from "a Stretta" to enjoy the company of diners and good food, a fusion reinterpretation of typical dishes.

What an unusual address! A little corner of happiness and a touch of irony with Bruno. His place is rich in stories if you have the time to talk with him, the food around the fish is very good and above all the conviviality despite the signs! Thanks to him, on the phone, we spent a lovely evening talking with another table and above all Bruno was a very good host! I highly recommend stopping by his place! Fanny

A delicious restaurant with a boss with a strong character. Here, no telephone, and nice discussions with the boss who is also the waiter and the cook. We tasted fresh and excellent dishes!

So how to start: talk about the fact that while passing in front of the outdoor slates we were struck by the humor and the message displayed explaining the rules of the restaurant: no telephone otherwise no meal. Yes, finally someone who cultivates carpe diem and the flavor of the present moment. And the meal lives up to our expectations.Explosion of flavors in the mouth and from the starter to the dessert to the digestive, everything is subtle, varied, up to the occasion of the meeting with the colorful chef but integrated in his values and mutual respect: for the excellent meal served and the attention that we as participants in this meal gave to each mouthful tasted. In a word: extraordinary! First time in my life that I ordered a second dish, out of greed. We feel the influence of the great Lyonnaise restaurant, Corsican sauce: the soul of a restaurant of sharing, generosity and kindness. Hat…
