16/12/2024: Second visit, first time in summer, second time in March. Nice indoor and outdoor restaurant.
Rather slow service, only 20 minutes after our arrival to get the menu, and 40 minutes for the surrounding dishes.
Tataki starter, and carpaccio, both incredible, nothing to say.
Our dishes, angus fillet and black angus whiting. Accompanied by homemade fries, probably the worst ever eaten. Served warm, with a potato chip taste.
The meats were not salted, this is the second time we have eaten there, the response from the waiter: "salting is difficult, we give the customer the opportunity to salt their meats themselves so as not to be disappointed"
First time in a restaurant, do not add salt so as not to take any risks, same thing for Kobe beef, 100 euros for a small plate, but the customer must add salt, and obviously with coarse salt, to simplify the task. Impossible to salt properly by ourselves.
Very noisy room, rather annoying, impossible to hear each other at the table.
16/12/2024: The meats and dishes were very good and incredible quality. Cooked as requested. The accompaniment (salad) is perfect. Reservation and order taking were responsive! We had a blast! The welcome, nothing to say, I recommend it with my eyes closed. The meat was truly marvelous.
